Fresh Rice Paper Rolls with Shrimp and Vegetables

It’s now time to refresh your meal routine with this light, healthy, and delicious food - Fresh Soeos Rice Paper Rolls with Shrimp and Vegetables. This recipe is a Vietnamese-inspired classic that's easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package fresh Soeos Rice Paper wrappers
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (such as carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons Soeos Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Soeos Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large bowl with warm water.
  2. Place a Soeos Rice Paper wrapper in the water for about 10-15 seconds, until it becomes soft and pliable.
  3. Remove the wrapper from the water and gently shake off excess water.
  4. Place the wrapper on a flat surface.
  5. In the center of the wrapper, place about 1 tablespoon of shrimp, followed by a few pieces of mixed vegetables.
  6. Drizzle with Soeos Soy Sauce, sprinkle with cilantro, and drizzle with sesame oil.
  7. Fold the bottom half of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in both sides towards the center.
  8. Fold the top half of the wrapper down over the filling to create a neat package.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges.

 Tips:

  • Make sure to use fresh rice paper wrappers for the best results.
  • Don't overfill the wrappers, as they can tear easily.
  • Use a variety of vegetables to add color and texture to your rolls.
  • You can also add other ingredients like cooked chicken, avocado, pickled carrots, or your preferred ingredients to make your rolls more interesting.

    I’m new to using rice paper I’ve been trying to eat healthier and I’ve been watching a lot of channels with Korean food and Korean cooks, and wow their food looks so good.
    I got these off of Amazon, I’m hoping that they’re good I have not tried them yet thank you for the recipe though this helps out in my try out Asian food, which I love.
