Lemongrass and Five Spice Tofu

If you love tofu the way we do, you’ve got to try this zesty, bright, savory baked tofu dish. To start, prepare the marinade mixture in a bowl and whisk. Then, pour evenly over tofu and let sit for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place tofo on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown crispy.

Whisk together:

  • 1 tsp lemongrass powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp tumeric powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp soy suace
  • pinch red chili flakes

Bake on 425 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
