Incredibly robust flavor!
The flavor of this pepper is almost beyond description. I am no food buff or cooking expert. But if you have never tasted anything besides the usual pre-ground black pepper you get in a grocery store, you are in for a treat. It has a lovely and sometimes surprising tang. Somehow, it makes even broccoli taste better! Get a bag of this and a pepper mill. Prepare to be in a state of taste bliss.

The flavor of this pepper is almost beyond description. I am no food buff or cooking expert. But if I’ve caught myself opening the bag over the past few days, just to smell the peppercorns. it smells amazing. the cracked pepper’s perfect on my burgers.

It’s really hard to tell the difference in flavor between peppercorns, but this I’ve noticed has a fresher taste to it compared to other brands. I personally will continue to buy.
